Strook – This street artist recycles wood into geometric portraits (20 pics)

A selection of the creations of Belgian street artist Stefaan De Croock, aka  Strook , who transforms old pieces of wood into massive portraits! Reclaimed paneling, old doors or vintage tables, Strook cut and assembles his geometric portraits while preserving the textures, the peeling paintings and the marks of time, in order to pay tribute to the past with a benevolent nostalgia. Strook will soon exhibit his creations in Ghent with  Out of Sight , and you can follow his work on  Instagram .
