Designed inside and out by Rawlings Architects, best known for the boutique SIXTY LES Hotel, Greenwich Village’s 215 Sullivan and NoHo’s upcoming 40 Bleecker, The Lindley’s one bed, one bath model residence has been beautifully furnished in collaboration with Design Within Reach, leading home decor store, and building developer, CBSK Ironstate. Known for their accessible modern design and sleek offerings, Design Within Reach is showcasing residents realistic model interiors that are easily able to recreate.

Perched on the building’s 14th floor and listed for $1.495 Million, residence 14C marries neutral colors with a warm finish selection throughout the 737-square foot space. Creating an inviting urban oasis, signature design staples such as the Saarinen Dining Table and Como Sectional Chaise are present in the living and dining area with oakwood flooring, while a Royal Shelving System accentuates the length of the room. Providing an abundance of natural light, oversize casement-style windows are present throughout the home with motorized shades and offers scenic views of the East River and city skyline.
