Western Village is an abandoned amusement park in Japan that will make you think about the Westworld series, with a nice post-apocalyptic touch in addition. The talented photographer Lee Chapman , whom we had already talked about with his amazing Tokyo Street Photography series, captured the remains of this abandoned amusement park located north of Tokyo. Inaugurated in the 1970s, the Western Village closed its doors in 2006, leaving behind western sets but also mannequins dressed as cowboys. These strange silhouettes populate the park like ghosts, bringing a beautiful dark and sordid atmosphere. I also invite you to discover the other projects of Lee Chapman on his website Tokyo Times .
