Designed by the  Atelier Urban Face , these kiosks surround Lac-aux-Castors in Montreal and contribute to the poetic dimension of the place. These three cabins, inclined at 10.20 and 30 degrees respectively, are sheltering the schoolchildren, the first aid and the ticket office of the lake.

Impressive Giant Paintings on the Concrete by Roadsworth (13 pics)

Coming from Toronto but based in Montreal, the street artist Peter Gibson, who is generally better know as Roadsworth , invades the urban space. May it be through graffiti, his first passion, or more recently via the creation of giant artworks on the concrete, he reappropriates the city and its numerous roads and pedestrian crossings.

Designed by Naturehumaine , this suburban home on Montreal’s south shore was built by the father of the client in the 1960’s. After over 50 years without having much work done, it was in need of some rejuvenation. The original house lacked natural light and had a series of closed rooms surrounding a central stair.s
